About the Author: Christopher Evans is a detailing professional with over three decades of experience in the field. He is a Certified Detailer-Skills Validated & Recognized Trainer with the International Detailing Association and has worked as a manager, trainer, and consultant for the past 16 years. He is also a member of several professional, educational, and consulting organizations across the country, attending a variety of webinars, conferences, and events each year in line with his goal of helping clients with their efficiency processes.
